Partnership, Communication and Reporting International Regular Consultant

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is the world’s largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger worldwide. This position is based in Luanda and reports to the Country Director. The Consultant will lead WFP Angola's resource mobilization and external communications efforts with the overarching goal of expanding the donor base and maintain traditional partnerships, including with the host Government. He/she will support the development of advocacy strategies, oversee the preparation of donor reports and external communication products targeting WFP Angola’s main partners and external audiences. The consultant will also be responsible to provide day-to-day support to the Head of Office in the execution of his/her functions, maintaining strategic communication with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
