The primary responsibility of this position is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of a single or multiple projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are safely accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters and the customer receives a quality product or service which meets or exceeds all of the customer requirements. Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring project budgets, developing and maintaining resource-loaded project schedules, day-to-day management of assigned projects and project teams, daily liaison on projects and systems, finding solutions to mitigate downtime or project delays, assisting customers in preparation of design ideas and specifications, conducting presentations and assisting with sales and marketing activities, coordinating with Operations Lead and Sales/Commercials personnel in the development of Bids and Proposals, reviewing and approving quality plans and technical procedures, reviewing project proposals or plans, establishing work plans and staffing, conferring with project staff, directing and coordinating activities, reviewing status reports, reviewing and approving documents, overseeing generation of requisitions, preparing project reports, conferring with project personnel for technical advice, reviewing and approving project invoices, traveling domestically and overseas, maintaining training requirements, working closely with the Commercial Department, providing client presentations, implementing HSE Management Systems, verifying system compliance, and preparing project reports. Required qualifications include a BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience, extensive project management experience and/or training, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, extensive working knowledge of Primavera and/or Microsoft Project, ability to learn and navigate in PeopleSoft or similar enterprise management software, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLM and CRM software, a valid passport and ability to obtain visas for international travel, and relevant experience with vessels, Plug & Abandonment, decommissioning, well intervention, subsea systems, IMR and engineered solutions. Desired qualifications include offshore/oilfield operational experience, familiarity with remotely operated systems and other services offered by Oceaneering, PMP Certification or equivalent, and MSc in Engineering and/or Business Management.
